the main floor is organised around an open living room with sofas and a tv, that allows access to a small north facing terrace and the north facing garden, as well as a larger south facing terrace and garden This main South facing terrace has a round dining table with 10 bar stools, 9 garden chairs, 3 sun-beds and a coal barbecue. The inside dining area has a table for 8-10 people and is next to a well equipped kitchen : coffee machine, fridge/freezer, cellar, toaster, raclette machine, kettle, gas hob, double oven. North-West facing windows show a great view of Lake Geneva and the garden from the living area and the kitchen. The master bedroom is the only one on this floor : 2 single beds joined to make a 180cm x 200cm double bed, lake view from the large window, lots of built-in cupboard space, with its ensuite bathroom : bathtub, sink, separate shower.
