the villa is arranged over two floors GROUND FLOOR – The veranda with seating and dining areas serves as the main entrance into the living room; three steps lead to the dining area and kitchen; access from the kitchen to the outdoor dining space; laundry room; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (no bidet). FIRST FLOOR – Two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower (no bidet). Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.

the outdoor area is enclosed by walls approximately 120 m high and mainly consists of paved terraces. The ground-floor veranda, directly accessible from the kitchen, includes a shaded dining area. On the first floor, a large panoramic terrace with sea views features a lounge area with a sofa and armchairs, plus an outdoor shower. The villa is located in a residential area near the historic centre of Santa Maria di Leuca. Free public parking is available in front of the villa.

the swimming pool is located on the first-floor terrace and reached via steps from the ground-floor veranda Rectangular; measures 5 x 3 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m; lined in PVC; accessed via a metal ladder. It is bordered on one side by the solarium area, which extends onto the upper terrace equipped with sunbeds, seating area and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
