Modern 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with wifi & central AC & heat situated in the center of Sabinillas (a fishing village between Estepona and Puerto de la Duquesa). It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. It is also ideal for golfers, as the main golf courses are just few minutes driving away. Walking distance to the beach and a large variety of restaurants & super-markets. Please no parties, no pets and no smokers. Guests will forfeit their deposit in full as an additional cleaning fee if there is a violation of the no parties, no smoking or no pet policy. please note that we have a ring peephole camera on the front door facing the exterior, which is on to confirm number of guests and compliance with "no pet" policy Our building also has surveillance cameras in the hallways. The audio is turned off and we do not record on our Ring camera.
