The house has direct access to the pebble beach "La Barraca" located 300m (5 min walk and partly by private access) and its fantastic restaurant "Calla Clémence", an idyllic place with extraordinary decoration, where you enjoy excellent dishes for a very small price ;-).
the bay of portichol (in front of the house) is a paradise for divers because there are a lot of fish extraordinary!!!!!

the house is located in the beautiful area of portichol (mar azul), in the beautiful bay of portichol a few kilometers from the center of javea, with its restaurants, bars, sandy beach and its many shops
the villa has a living room with an open fire, tv (fr, uk, ger) and sliding doors leading to the terrace and the swimming pool which is heated during certain months of the year Its many large bay windows allow you to lose nothing of the fantastic sea view and offer a very pleasant circulation in the house. On the same level there are two double bedrooms with wardrobe closets and two bathrooms. Next to the pool is the barbecue terrace and the outdoor shower. On the upper level is the Master bedroom with large terrace overlooking the sea and the beach.
