Built in 2023, the villa has a contemporary, linear style, with essential spaces but equipped with all comforts. Plunged in the greenery and tranquility of Le Marche countryside, this villa is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday, enjoying the beautiful salt water infinity pool overlooking the surrounding landscape. The building consists of two units on three levels, both for the exclusive use of the guest, which makes it perfect for two families who want to spend the holidays together while keeping their privacy. A dominant feature of the interiors is the large windows, which in addition to making the spaces bright, give a natural continuation with the outdoor landscape. Guests have access to two large porches, equipped with tables, chairs and sofas to have al fresco dinings and enjoy pleasant moments in company.
