please note the house is up a small hill which does provide a beautiful view but also means that the street is steep for one small block for walking If you know Puerto Vallarta at all, this is pretty common as the hills are one of the attractions. For those who drive, you have your own fully secure indoor garage for parking.

We have a seperate elñectric meter only for the A/Cs an we include 30 kWh per day into our daily rental rate, what is good for to use at the bedrooms at night. Please note we will charge you at check out for higher consumtions with 0.25 USD / kWh.
