our triple-storey maisonette, with its minimalistic decoration, can host up to 10 people in 5 seperate rooms, making it the perfect stay in kos centre for large families or friend groups
the house has 5 bedrooms, a spacious living room, an open-plan kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, an extra powder room and 2 extra showers Enjoy breakfast on the balcony or pre-drinks at night on our cozy rooftop garden with stunning town and mountain views.
the interior of the villa is of modern minimal design The entrance to the villa is the left one of the two. A lockbox with the keys is located on the left hand side of the main entrance. As you enter the villa there is a hallway that leads to a staircase taking you to the first floor.
on the first floor you will find the kitchen on the left, fully equipped to cook a fresh meal There is also a WC (WC, sink and washing machine) and a separate shower on the first floor. On your right hand is the living room with comfortable sofas, hidden lighting and a 42" smart Tv. On the same floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, air-con and hidden lighting. The balcony of the first floor is equipped with two tables to enjoy your meals and drinks.
on the second floor, on your right hand you will find a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite (shower, tub, sink and toilet), air-con and a walk-in closet On your left, you will find two more bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a bunk bed, both with built in closets and air-con. A fully equipped bathroom (Shower, tub, sink and toilet) and a separate shower can be found on the second floor as well.
on the third floor there is a bedroom with a double and a single bed (air-con as well) On your right hand, there is access to our beautiful rooftop garden with sunbeds, tables and chairs. Ideal for sunbathing during the day or enjoying a few pre-drinks at night before going out.
