Villa Despina is a recently built two storey building with 5 bedrooms located 1 km from the villages of Asomatos in the mountainous area of southern Crete.

the open plan ground floor has a living room with a corner sofa bed and satellite tv Also the living room is equipped with a fireplace. Leading off this there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a big dining area, the hamam room and the jacuzzi hot tub. There are two ground floor bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin bed, three bathrooms, one with a corner bath/shower/WC and two with a shower/WC. There is also a washing machine on the hall area.

All of the bedrooms open up to either a balcony or a sun terrace with patio furniture offering a variety of views over the magnificent surrounding countryside - the Kourtaliotis gorge, all the way to the sea. All bedrooms have air conditioning for free. For cooler spells the house is also equipped with central heating for extra local charge.
