Liveable panoramic terrace. Large garden of 800 square metres partly green lawn, double equipped veranda, barbecue, sea and port view, only 300 m from the beach. The Timiama beach about 700 m. Equipped with air conditioning and digital TV, it also has a parking space, suitable for one car, reserved.
