villa carina is located on a hill 90 m above sea level, facing it is a panorama of unparalleled beauty that frames the gulf of naples, the island of procida, and the nature reserve of the island of vivara In this authentic Eden is a wonderful Mediterranean-inspired garden facing the sea, with a large, swimming pool, and the villa surrounded by specimens of cypresses, palms, bougainvillea, hibiscus and cycads. The property was built in 1968 by the architect Curtmeiner in Munich inspired by the buildings on Lake Garda, another place he loved so much, and the current owners renovated it while keeping unchanged the characteristics of the materials and architectural elements. Marble floors, antique furnishings and elegant tapestries define the classic and refined style of the villa, with no lack of accessories for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Core of the house is the brightly-lit living room swathed in white, with a happy play of large glass doors duetting harmoniously with the wide patio facing the garden, a wonderful spot for “alfresco” meals or for simply lazing and admiring the sea while resting comfortably in soft armchairs. It will be wonderful to come back to this dream villa, from a day spent exploring all the enchanting spots of the island: the Aragonese Castle, the thermal gardens, the Bay of Sorgeto, the charming borghi of Sant'Angelo and Ischia Ponte, the fabulous beaches of Cartaromana, Citara or Cava. Fabulous, also, are the paths that wind up to the peaks of Monte Epomeo, with your energetic climb rewarded by a breathtaking view that embraces the whole island and stretches to the islands of Capri and Ponza, to Naples, Vesuvius and the Sorrento peninsula. The villa is located in a residential area but enjoys absolute privacy and tranquillity and is just a few minutes from Ischia Porto, renowned for its social life and for being the terminus for the main buses and boats and where you will find all useful services, shops and supermarkets.

the villa is spread over three levels for a total area of 750 sq m, in addition to the splendid terraces with sea view The main entrance is located on the front facade arriving from the road in front of the villa. Going through a small atrium that leads to the front door, you enter an open space with a semicircular reading room and a large living room with an entirely glazed wall overlooking the entire Gulf of Naples. Also from the entrance hall, through a small hallway we find the kitchen and access to the dining room. Also, on this floor there are two suites consisting of a double bedroom, sitting room and bathroom with shower and finally a service bathroom. Going up the large staircase that leads to the upper floor, you reach the suite with master bedroom and bathroom with tub and shower, and two suites with double bedroom with bathroom with shower and sitting room, and a double bedroom with ensuite bathromm with shower. The large entrance connecting the suites on the floor welcomes an open space studio with a panoramic view like the prevalence of the rooms in the house from which you can enjoy wide views of the pool and the Gulf. Retracing the internal staircase you reach the basement where there is a large tavern equipped with a corner bar with peninsula and stools, a billiard room and lounge, with access via a staircase directly to the solarium by the swimming pool. The floor is completed by a small laundry space and a service bathroom with separate shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms only.

the garden is spread over an area of about 900 square meters, is fenced and prepared to ensure total privacy and full use of all equipped spaces, the access is via pedestrian gate It is built on two terraces designed to always guarantee the sea view. The spaces around the villa are embellished with specimens of palms, cycas revoluta, bouganvillae, cypresses, cuphorbie, hybiscus that also surround the pool are with a further corner of rock garden of lava stone, typical of the surrounding area. Corners of succulents and lively blooms adorns the cozy patio with dining area on the ground floor. The solarium surrounding the swimming pool and the gazebo set up with a large hand-painted ceramic table with flowers and lemons representative of Vietri ceramics, is set up with sunbeds and comfortable seats, to enjoy the wonderful panorama overlooking the Port of Ischia and the Gulf of Naples.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

the sea view swimming pool with is located on a terrace next to the villa and is oriented to the south With a rectangular shape, it measures 4 x 13 m and has a depth varying between 1m and 2 m. The pool is covered in light-colored PVC and is equipped with a flight of steps to facilitate the access; Inside and along the entire edge, luminous spotlights allow it to be used even in the evening hours. Water purification is with a chlorine system. Sunbeds, tables and armchairs, distributed on the solarium, will guarantee full relaxation in the sun. The area is completed by a shower with cold water and a wrought iron gazebo accompanied by a splendid handmade table in lava stone and Vietri ceramics; arranged around, 12 seats to have lunch and enjoy an aperitif overlooking the gulf. The pool will be available from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
