#2 there are no washer and dryer in the apartment but we have a clothes wash basin in the ground floor can be use to all guests
we can provide to wash your clothes during your stay for an additional cost
we can also provide a full time house keeper during your stay for an additional cost in case you want someone to clean and cook for you daily
#3 i don't have air conditioning in the apartment however i can provide a fan, free of charge in the apartment
