Positive: We stayed here as we were going to a wedding at a hotel close by. It's a 30 minute taxi ride from Marrakech so there are no bars or shops etc near. Our room was spacious and comfortable and as we were the only guests we had the pool and gardens to ourselves. Ismael was really helpful and we communicated with him in Spanish via WhatsApp (it was the one language we had in common!) to order drinks, food and taxis. Nothing was too much trouble for him. All meals are taken in the lovely gardens - breakfast of fruit, eggs, pancakes, bread, juice etc. and we enjoyed tajines and couscous dishes in the evening at very reasonable prices.
Negative: Ismael mentioned that this is more popular with local rather than international visitors and it felt like a place to book for a function or family event, but it didn't stop us enjoying the peace and relaxation for a few days.
