A newly built detached house situated on the hillside above Pianello del Lario in a very tranquil location.
the house is arranged over two floors - there is an open plan living room, kitchen & dining area and a master bedroom & balcony with gorgeous views of the lake, plus an en-suite bathroom There is also a downstairs cloakroom toilet. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms; 3 with double beds and the fourth one has a large single bed suitable for one adult or 2 children. There is also a bathroom upstairs fitted with a large shower.

Enjoy a real log fire in the stunning wooded hills above Lake Como.
