you’ll love my place because it is tastefully updated to modern amenites with victorian finishes Very open floorplan with kitchen and living area. Kitchen features a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. Living Room has a smart TV, sofa sleeper couch and chair. Washer and Dryer are in the laundry room by the courtyard. Bedroom is a queen size bed, closet and dresser.
the kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen supplies, including a keurig coffee maker
shampoo and body wash are all included with two sets of towels
wireless internet, and all utilities are included
we provide a private one-car garage
we are a 10 minute walk to trendy restaurants as well as coors field, and a short car ride or uber to union station, convention center, pepsi center and mile high stadium
the beautiful courtyard in the back has tables and rocking chairs, and wonderful flowers surround you
