Adorable historic home in one of downtown Denver's oldest residential neighborhoods. House was built in 1895! Great neighborhood for walking, especially if you like seeing the oldest homes in Denver on your way to the variety of restaurants and coffee shops in RiNo and 5 Points neighborhoods. Since the street is one-way traffic with a bike lane, it's pretty luxurious compared to other streets downtown. Overall this is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood.

The bathroom is centrally located with a walk-in shower, toilet and single vanity. Each bedroom has its own closet for clothing storage.
