You'll have a nice living room with underfloor heating and an open kitchen with several appliances at your disposal. On the ground floor you'll find two bedrooms, each with two single beds. There also is one bathroom. Upstairs there are another four bedrooms, three of which with two single beds and one children's room with a nice theme and a bunk bed. This bedroom is really something special for the kids. There are another three bathrooms upstairs. The bedrooms, except for the children's room, features two single box-spring beds, some in a two-person set-up. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture. There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car. Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed. 2026: The swimming pool is closed from 12.01 to 18.01.2026 due to renovation work. 2027: The swimming pool is closed from 11.01 to 17.01.2027 due to renovation work.
