Peaceful, private, inviting, roomy 200 year old farmhouse on 114 acres in the Green Mountain National Forest- Goshen (central ) Vermont. Within a half mile of Brandon Gap Catamount Trail Association trails, and the Long Trail. Hiking right out the door, sledding, cross country skiing. Many updates, antique furnishings, clean, neat and very relaxing: Four bedrooms, one bath and a Queen BR on the first floor. Enjoy the large stone fireplace in living room, dining room, full bath/shower, and a large fully equipped country kitchen with pantry. Upstairs, there is a claw foot tub in bathroom as well as three bedrooms: a large Queen, twins and a large double. Cable TV, a full game closet, sleds, skating, golf, ponds nearby. Rent by the weekend, week or month. Holiday vacation weeks available. Great spot any season! Guests may request to have a larger group for a fee.

Hiking trails, blueberry picking, the brightest stars on Earth, as well as rivers and ponds abound. Wildlife sighted frequently in our meadows. The nearby town of Brandon boasts many well-known galleries, book store, shops and a terrific French restaurant. At any season, this is a wonderful family vacation location. For skiers, we are close to Middlebury Snow Bowl, a small family mountain with varied terrain. A 30 minute drive takes you to Pico and Killington, and about 40 minutes will get you to Mad River and Sugarbush. Hiking and snowshoeing right out the door on logging trails throughout the property. Golf, riding and swimming nearby. Same Town as the Blueberry Hill Ski Touring Center.
