the guest house is a stand-alone building The garage for your car is on the first level, and the studio apartment is on the second level. It's a real luxury to have secure garage parking. However, with so many things accessible by walking, you may end up parking your car and forgetting about it! The tiny house is centrally located, which makes it easy to drive to all parts of KC metro (only 25 minutes to the airport).
