The Lake Legacy Estate is an experience unlike most any other. The estate consists of two homes, one being a four bedroom home, and the other a three bedroom home which sit next to the lake which is completely private to these two homes. There are a combination of fun water toys, which include paddle boards, kayak and a canoe your group can use to enjoy this unparalleled place. Each house has a sandy beach area below the home that makes enjoying all the aspects of the lake that all ages can experience. The lake is stocked with over 1,000 trout a year and catching rainbow trout close to 2 feet long is not uncommon.
these homes are meant to be a casual and comfortable retreat for friends and family There have been countless upgrades for each both inside and out. All of the furnishing and dΓ©cor is new. Enjoy both of the fully stocked kitchens and the two BBQ's that are available for your culinary desires. You will find many of the bedrooms may include two beds, or other flexible sleeping options for groups and families. You will also find board games, streaming TV's, and a pool table.

we truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
