Beach cottage built in 2016. 10ft ceilings, Wall of windows on both west and east sides for unobstructed ocean views. steps to the beach on a private path. miles of flat firm beach to walk.
rental is a 2 floor with large great room, open stairway, king ensuite with half bath
there is garage below that are not accessible to renters You will be the only people there.
1 king size bed, and a daybed that converts to two twins please be mindful, the king is good for 2 adults, the convertible day bed is adequate for 1 adult (2 small children) mattresses are only 3 inches thick
currently, due to covid, we are leaving the sheets folded on the bed less hands touching....
full kitchen, 4 person pub table for dinning and a kitchen island for prep and eating
1 full bath, 1 half bath
decks on both the west and east views, 2nd floor living to best take advantage of the beach and breakers entrance is a sliding door on the western deck, living level
quite, cozy, and charming
