for guest's safety, we do not allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee.
pets allowed on a case by case basis Cats are not allowed due to allergies. Please reach out before booking if you are bringing a pet. The initial pet fee is $350. There is also a mandatory monthly cleaning at expense of the guest. Unauthorized pets are charged at $100 per night, so please be sure to make arrangements prior to your stay.

We are a small, locally owned company, and try to be available as much as possible, however, should you have to call a locksmith, please only call Arnold's Safe and Lock. They are the only locksmiths who can unlock these specific doors without causing damage.
