There is a bike path on the beach of over 6 miles - plus we have bikes you can reserve.
the grocery store is within walking distance, or you can have groceries delivered
this diverse community has many roots in the arts - there are many annual events along 2nd street to enjoy
getting around:
bikes are used a lot; we have some for rent if you need them Also, easy walks to 2nd St beach, bay and the grocery store. Uber & Lyft readily available. Bus lines are readily available right on 2nd Street. There is plenty of parking if you have your own car.

this is a small, quiet complex of only 8 units with friendly professional adults, plus several fur babies, too There is plenty of parking on the street and on the access road right behind the back security gate. there is always an afternoon ocean breeze to enjoy!
