the home features a cozy but modern design and layout The layout of this home is very open and allows ample room, not to mention tall ceilings in the common areas. Comfortably sleeps five people, with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and small laundry set up. There are three beds: 1 twin bed, two full beds, and one sofa. The kitchen is supplied with all the needed pots and pans for cooking a meal and the essential spices for cooking. Included are an oven, stovetop, microwave, Keurig, fridge, dishes, and silverware.
the home is very easy to access Once you have booked, you will get access to the house via a smart lock. Also, we have plenty of parking available, so there is no need to worry.

our tiny home is located right off the 101 highway, making for easy access to anywhere you desire on the olympic peninsula Close to all your favorite hikes, rivers and beaches. Being tucked away makes for a relaxing and quiet stay.
getting around is easy, although while traveling on the olympic peninsula you will need a rental car Preferably one that is more off road and can get dirty. There is local bus lines bringing you to other cities like Neah bay, sequim, port Angeles as well.

- we love doggos but keep in mind we have a two-pet limit, and charge a $65 pet fee If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. our cleaners know when pets come :)

- please don't bring food or drinks into the loft, we hope to minimize the staining of the carpet and of the linens
- please no shoes on the carpet or within the home, there is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door This keeps our floors in the best shape.
- our home is on a septic system, so that means only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products
- if you plan to use any extra amenities like the bbq, fire pit, porch, yard etc, please clean up after yourself We don't want any littering outside.
- please be courteous with your noise level, we do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful
- if you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services We keep our cleaning rates reasonable, so please be considerate.
- please be cautious of fire bans in effect We are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't.
- no smoking, we have exterior covered areas for that, please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out
