1 No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.
2 Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).
3 First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 pm
there are 3 video camera's and 1 ring video door bell that will be constantly recording on the exterior of the property The 3 exterior camera’s viewpoints are the 1st one to monitor the front side of the house,2nd camera view point is monitor the driveway and the 3rd camera view point is monitor backside of the property. The ring door bell is monitor people at front door. Also there is minut noise threshold monitoring device in the backyard .
