Ideally located by the sea, on the most beautiful beach of the island, entirely secured against sharks with swimming, surfing, diving .... this T1bis apartment of 48 m2, of standing, on one level, offers a comfortable welcome and quiet for 1 to 4 people. It was renovated and furnished in early 2014. It is equipped with air conditioning. First of all, a private parking lot, right outside the door, gives you a direct access to the beach. a covered and secure terrace has a table and 2 chairs, green plants. adjoining the terrace, a lean-to allows useful storage of suitcases and beach items. It contains iron and ironing board, clothes airer and cleaning equipment. A bay window provides access to the living room, including a hi-fi unit, television, a wifi internet box, a Chateau d'Ax sofa, very comfortable, convertible into a real double bed, 2 coffee tables, a floor lamp and a storage. On the right, a table and 4 chairs communicate with the bar, separating the 'American' cuisine. The kitchen is equipped with cupboards, sink, fridge, glass hob, extractor hood, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, coffee makers (Senseo and classic to choose from), toaster and all the dishes and utensils for 6 people. A spacious sleeping area, separate from the living room, houses a comfortable new double bed, a mirror, cupboards and wardrobe. The bathroom-wc, completely renovated, offers you a pleasant beauty and well-being area with its Italian shower, its modern sink unit, a hair dryer. The quality furniture comes from the Chateau d'Ax, Gauthier and tailor-made brands for your comfort. The apartment is easy and pleasant to live in. It is an excellent base for a summer stay which allows you to both enjoy the joys of the beach and also the multiple possibilities of discovering the island, its mountains, its volcano, its circuses, its peaks and its grandiose landscapes.
