Positive: Location and facilities. Communication was fantastic. Very responsive. Needed some hangars, delivered right away. Great view from top floor apt. Internet very good and stable. Great place.
Negative: No fans or air conditioning. The safe was locked open, and we were unsuccessful in resetting it.
