note: the apartment is right next to the entrance to "the el" subway line which makes this an ideal location for public transit (*though you can certainly hear the train at certain times of day from inside the apartment) exceptional location relative to all local attraction philly has to offer, as the fishtown strip has some of the best restaurants in the city:
- 2 blocks to either northern liberties or the fishtown strip
- ~7 minutes to historic sites
- ~7 minutes to convention center
- ~10 minutes to rittenhouse square and center city

the property is also a condo and like many other condo's in philly, there will be stairs! you are required to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms and another 2 flights of stairs to get to the kitchen and living room area we do not have an elevator!
please note, while we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $5000 per pet before Vrbo taxes and fees.
