this quaint two bedroom unit has a queen bed in the main bedroom and a twin bed in the little bedroom It is perfect for the budget conscious group who needs a minimum of space, but still wants to be right on the Beach.
you must walk up a full flight of stairs to get there (please see the pictures) the beautiful chesapeake bay beach is just out your door and down the steps!
if you love angled ceilings and antique fixtures then you will love our little rooftop apartment it is rustic and an occasional draft can be felt as the bay winds blow through the older windows that show a little age!
we have a second bedroom with a twin bed that is colorful and cozy!! definitely a unique little place for the kids
the shower/bath is another unique angled space that could prove difficult if you are very tall
all linens are provided, the furniture is cozy and comfortable The unit is colorfully painted, decorated beautifully (In our humble opinion). We have a large Smart TV for your Netflix Binges and plenty of off street parking.
this is a unique unit that was carved out of the attic of our 100 year old rustic beach cottage it will be a cozy stay - romantic for the two of you and very cozy if more!

This apartment is an older restoration, so I want to temper your expectations. If you are expecting a modern or perfect apartment, this may not fit the bill or be for you. We are proud of our little apartment that was built out of the attic space so many years ago. it is clean and comfortable and with the location and proximity to the beach, it is a great value!
even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is now over 115 years old It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. But even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming home.
