Foot lot and is a 2500 sq ft mid-century villa, completely private, double gated with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a wonderful outdoor living space with your own private pool and Jacuzzi. Each bedroom is equipped with a brand new mini-split air conditioning unit, and there are also brand new air conditioners in the living and dining room. We recently updated all the furniture and 5 Queen Beautyrest mattresses with high quality pillows and linens.
located in puntas las marias, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in san juan, getting around is easy by either walking or car If you rent a car, parking is free as the villa offers a car port with two parking stalls. If you do not plan On renting a car, the area is easily walkable to both sides. To the east, Isla Verde, just 3 blocks away and to the west is Ocean Park and Condado which may take you around 15 min walking to Ocean Park and 25-30 minutes to Condado. Puntas Marias has a small rocky beach 3 houses down from the villa, otherwise it is a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest main beaches depending which direction you walk in.
