Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Size of the covered patio and master bedroom, the view and the in wall speakers, it's a very spacious home.The koi pond was a unique bonus. I was comfortable and the area felt safe.
Negative: I think if you are a light sleeper you might want to know about the sump pump sounds. I am not a light sleeper and can take in a lot of house sounds as white noise, my husband did not like it at all. We do not live near a low water table so i don't know from experience but I think the sounds might be seasonal depending on river levels and there may be no sounds at all. We thought the vending machine was a good addition, unfortunately the candy was expired. That wasn't in the notes anywhere that it was even there, so maybe we weren't supposed to use it, not necessarily a dislike maybe just a note that mentions it's not for guest use would be helpful.
