linens and towels are provided for your convenience However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

hot tub: this property is equipped with a private outdoor hot tub which requires manual setup on the day of arrival There is a $100 setup & Sanitization fee required. A $35 additional fee is required for each change of water and sanitization during the stay. Guests must prepay and make arrangements to use the Hot Tub prior to arrival.
party/events - no parties or loud activities are permitted If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
smoking and drugs – smoking inside the property is prohibited If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
disturbances: guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
forgotten items: regarding any items left behind or packages delivered after your departure, please contact us within three days to inquire whether our cleaning staff found them If located, you will have three days to provide a prepaid UPS shipping label (and a box or envelope, depending on the size of the item) via email so we can return your belongings. Please be aware that there will be a $30 handling fee. This fee is charged by the property management company to cover the cost of taking the package to a courier office.

valet trash pick-up - door-step collection begins after 11 am - 7 days a week Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected.
