The ground floor opens from the hallway into a living room with double doors into the conservatory, that further leads to the garden and patio area, as well as the downstairs king-size bedroom and back into the dining room. This layout creates a pleasant flow and ambience making it perfect for get-togethers and family holidays. The ground floor also has a cloakroom and utility room, with back door, off the kitchen. Upstairs the master king-size, twin and bunk bedrooms are serviced by a family bathroom with shower enclosure. Outside there is ample parking for three cars, a bike shed, covered porch, a patio area off the conservatory, with outside seating, and further garden areas surrounding Topsails. We highly recommend this new-to-the-market home as not only have the owners lovingly furnished it to create a comfortable home, but the location is also ideal for the family to enjoy the beaches, local walks, and the mixture of quality eateries..
