Our villa "CleiaSol" is located in the south-west of Menorca in a very quiet area by the sea.
it is an attractively designed semi-detached house with the following features:
4 bedrooms with double beds (for 8 people), 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms upstairs
with balcony and sea view, 1 room on the ground floor with access to the garden terrace
spacious living-dining area with fireplace, satellite tv, safe, open kitchen with fitted kitchen, good kitchen equipment (stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave)
garden with pool and palm trees, sun beds
other equipment:
each bedroom with 1 double bed, built-in closet, ceiling fan,
living-dining area with satellite tv and safe
for the cooler days, the house has well-tempered underfloor heating
washing machine, iron, ironing board
