Positive: That it's completely self-contained. It was very well thought out and organised with lots of nice details and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Free parking right in front definitely a big plus.

Negative: There's a persistent musty damp smell throughout the property which is off-putting & a disappointment every time you enter. Some furniture is tired (wobbly dining chairs/old carpet).
