the house gets all day sun and is a blissful oasis , with amazing bird life to enjoy

conditions : max occupancy is 5 people only - with consideration of a few visitors - strictly no party style gathering please - dinner with guests fine.
parking : street parking only - as its a shared access driveway - but plenty available - only a 10 second walk to house from parking spot - we are the first garage on the driveway
