as this is our holiday home, it is very well set up and comfortable It is cozy in winter, and in summer, you can spread out on the large section, which is large enough to park and turn boats around on. The large deck gets sun almost all day, so lovely to relax on in the outdoor beanbags.
a barbeque is provided for cooking outside if you wish Indoors there is an oven, double hotplate, electric frying pan, and crockpot.
if you have a boat, you are directly across from honeymoon and champagne bay and a short ride to the hot pools It's a great ride to Okere Falls Store for lunch, also. The boat ramp provides ample parking. If you don't have a boat, you can swim from the beach or treat yourself at Hells Gate thermal pools.
