Welcome to our family lake cottage. With 130 feet of private sandy beach, a private dock, and floating swim platform, your slice of paradise awaits. The cottage is newly renovated with granite counters and extra large windows that provide a panoramic view of the lake. Watch the sunsets from the beach, or enjoy the view from inside the open concept kitchen and dining room. Don't forget to explore the pond with the provided kayaks, or cozy up to the fire at the lake-side fire pit.
the cottage is located at picturesque loon pond, in gilmanton nh It offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen is open concept with cathedral ceilings, and boasts a large granite island along with all of the amenities of home. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, 42" TV, and a door directly to the bathroom. The second bedroom is a rustic camp style bunk room, which has twin sized bunk beds, a regular full sized bed, and a 32" TV with gaming system. There is a futon in the main room which converts into a full sized bed, and a large dining room table with 6 chairs that overlooks the beach and waterfront. Parking is to the right of the cottage, and there is ample space for vehicles. The beach is a private beach which is directly across the street from the cottage. It's fenced in to provide safety for both pets and people. The sandy beach slopes gradually into the water for the first 50 feet, making it great for children. There is a private dock, fire pit, swim raft, picnic table with umbrella, and three kayaks for guests to enjoy. The water depth at the swim raft is almost 30 feet! The public boat launch is also within walking distance of the cottage.
