the property is located steps from the sunnyside lrt (light rail train) station This is one stop from downtown and only minutes to the Calgary Stampede station.
these are separate suites We have three (3) suites available in the same tower. All suites are on the main level and are walk out with their own patios - two (2) that are oversized and gated. The building offers a rooftop patio which is shared with all building residents.
when booked for a bigger group we ask that you refrain from having too many people in one suite so that we can ensure the volume is at a reasonable level We prioritize our neighbours and the communities we are in and don’t want to jeopardize those relationships.
all pets must be pre-approved prior to booking
