This superb farmhouse sits on cliff edges within the beautiful Black Isle and offers spectacular, uninterrupted views over the Moray Firth and towards the North Sea. Ben Nevis can be seen on a clear day. The Farmhouse is very well equipped for a large family or group wishing to explore this beautiful part of Scotland. The accommodation consists of a front entrance area and utility room and a well fitted kitchen which extends in a central dining room. There is also a spacious living room with a wood burner. At the opposite side of the farmhouse is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A spiral staircase leads to a twin bedroom on the first floor. The main staircase leads to the landing where there is a family bathroom, a master bedroom with en-suite facilities and a further double bedroom with an additional single bed. Outside the property has private, enclosed lawned gardens which offer beautiful views and access to a summerhouse.

The whole area is rich in wildlife including pine marten, buzzard, roe deer, seals and otter, and several bird feeding stations are located in the gardens. The owner who lives on site can advise on the wildlife and on the spectacular walks around the cottages. He is passionate about the local area and wrote the book βMoray Firth Dolphinsβ. Guided workshops are available locally offering guests wildlife hide rental and landscape photography courses. The area is ideal for cycling and walking and is steeped with local history. The nearby villages of Fortrose and Rosemarkie offer a superb selection of public houses serving food and a range of shops providing provisions and gifts.
