1 Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. our office hours are between 8am-9pm, please communicate between those hours!
2 Add all guests to the reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 2 total individuals or 2 adults and 1 child/teen. Pets are allowed. ALL animals require a one-time pet fee.
3 No parties! No smoking of any kind inside the room. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4 Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (Pool, fire pit, yard games, etc.) please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts birds, bears, and other animals that make a mess.

we suggest using your own vehicle to get around The Sequoia Shuttle runs during summer months with stops throughout the National Park. In the winter, make sure to carry snow chains and check road conditions.
