fyi: we live on the 16 acres with this cabin, and we are currently in process of permaculturing our property into a small homestead A large swathe of the front yard has tall Marshall rye ground cover summer of 2023. We are not neglecting our property.
we are working with a professional permaculturist to build healthy, loamy soil where there was dense clay We have the area around the cabin weed eaten each week on the side yard and around the house. If you come back in 2024, we will have fruit trees, nut trees, native plants and wild grapes.
pets: pets are allowed for a $100 fee that will be charged upon reservation Limit to one petβno exceptions. Any evidence of pets on the furniture will incur a $100 additional cleaning fee. Service animals are by law not charged for their stay, but also by policy require documentation and are NOT ALLOWED to STAY at the home ALONE at any point.
