Positive: I liked the amenities and how family friendly the hotel was.
Negative: I didn’t care for some of the staff. A few employees seemed racist towards black Americans. My daughter asked for a napkin after we ordered breakfast and she was shooed off staying “get it from the end of the bar.” When I heard it and went to the end of the bar there wasn’t any napkins. Another time a black patron was trying to purchase 2 drinks and the employee kept saying her card was declining (this went on for about 10 full minutes) and when she requested a manager the manager swiped the same card and it went through. By this time the ice had melted in both drinks and they had to remark them.
