all three bedrooms feature the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling Each bedroom has plush pillows and linens that match the room's decor. In addition, all rooms have their own TV's so you can relax and enjoy your favorite show or movie.
the living room features plenty of seating with comfy couches and a 55-inch roku enabled tv with netflix and local channels already setup for guests to use You're welcome to download any apps or channels. You will need to use your own logins to watch whatever you like. You may also use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.
in the kitchen of this home, you'll find most everything you need to enjoy one of lubbock's many fine restaurants or cook yourself a meal Double check the amenities section of this listing for all that we supply in the kitchen. There is a pantry in the kitchen should you have the need to store a lot of groceries or items during your stay.
just off the kitchen is a separate dining area with 4 chairs There are also plenty of barstools for an extra space to eat or enjoy a family game night.
the bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay The hair dryer and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.
the backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the west texas sunsets and also has a propane grill if you enjoy cooking or entertaining outside
guests are welcome to use the garage but if needed, there is additional parking in the front for multiple vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street
for the safety and security of our guests and property, there are cameras at the front and back entry doors as well as a doorbell camera that record with motion

this property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home There will not be any exceptions to this policy as the owner has terrible allergies and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this.
for the safety and security of our home and our guests, there are cameras at the front and back entry doors that record with motion
we supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short 2-3 day stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.
