Positive: rooms large, bed was ok
Negative: room incredibly hot, not entirely their fault its a hot summer however all the downstairs rooms have large opening windows onto a public space - if the windows open practically anyone could just step into the room. breakfast not available despite being in the booking, general feel of student accommodation rather than a room in a hotel - sad and unloved. No fridge, no free water, 1 tea bag, coffee sachets so old they wouldn't come out of the packet
Summary: location fine, cheap - minimum possible amount of effort taken to make the stay enjoyable
