the bungalow style home was built in 1920 and has seen several updates over the years including the most recent one in 2024-2025 The main floor houses the private rental unit with a spacious living room, 3 comfy bedrooms, fully updated bath and large kitchen for entertaining. The main entrance comes through the front of the home and goes through the private patio with seating. You will enter the front area that includes the pool table and darts for additional fun during your stay. The living area includes a large couch with recliners and 75" 4K TV with 5.1 surround sound for full experience of movies/sports. Once you enter the kitchen, you will be greeted with a large breakfast bar stocked with plenty of options to help get you going in the morning. Cooking with gas is a treat with basic cooking needs included with your stay. Large cold storage for your home cooking/grilling options will help you stay on budget while travelling. Filtered water is delivered cold through the interior door and ice maker of the refrigerator.
back yard:
there is a secondary entrance in the rear that leads to the second patio with private grilling area and back yard Guests have first access to all backyard amenities. these include:
- wood deck with seating and propane fire pit
- traeger grill with pellets for easy and delicious grilling
