The SeaBarn has a loft space so be extra careful if you are considering bringing extra small people. Below the home is an unfinished basement and solarium that is not part of the listing. It will be vacant during your stay.

you are staying on the border of university and normal heights (the most coveted area of north park san diego) You are close to everything and this neighborhood has amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, yoga, clothing stores and parks all within a few steps. all this while being incredibly safe!

any violations of the house rules or any terms of this agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the host
1) no parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests Maximum occupancy for this property is six people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
2) no smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.
3) there are no quiet hours at the property but we are located on a residential street so please be respectful when traveling to and from the seabarn
4) must be 18 years and older to book
5) maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
6) please checkout on time A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7) a $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8) no shipping packages to the property You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
9) we highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations.
