•cleanliness> please use white / black towels as suggested to help prevent stains of any kind and fees that can be associated with unremovable stains There is a $60 fee if bodily fluids are found and a $20 fee if trash is not secured properly in a trash bag upon check out.
•lockouts> guests are responsible if a locksmith is required for re-entry
•furniture/damages> in the rare case that furniture is moved; it must be returned to it’s original location Broken or missing items will result in a fine. This includes damage from decor on the walls.
•pets> yes pets are welcome, please ensure they are added to the listing please also keep the following in mind during your stay:
- no pets on the furniture
- no pets to be left unattended
- please do not use bowls from the kitchen for your pet
