also includes: private pool, cookout pavilion, private boat ramp & dock, fish cleaning station and covered parking ***due to hurricane helene our boat dock and fish cleaning station were destroyed They are scheduled for repair and hopefully will be ready for summer use. There is a boat ramp on main street that can accommodate your boat.
