Come enjoy the Weiss Lake at this cute little cottage, it is tucked away, nestled in the hills with a lake views and complete access to the lake. The property-at-large is directly on the lake.
this is a beautiful lakefront property with 1400 feet of shoreline, surrounded by woods at the ridges of appalachia it is full of beautiful acreage, woods, and breathtaking views! it is accompanied by a dock, beach, pool, hot tub, sand volleyball, a boat ramp, kayaks, outdoor playground with an in-ground trampoline, all included!
have boats or watercraft of your own? bring them! we have a boat ramp right onsite and plenty of room for your trailers, as well as docking Play beach volleyball, cozy up by the fire pit, relax at the dock, or just play in the cleanest, coolest water on the lake. The water comes right out of the mountains and dumps right at our feet. Great fishing as well in season. we are actually in one of the best areas to fish, right near little river and spring creek! eat s'mores by the campfire at the beach and watch amazing sunsets!
close to pirate's bay (water park), desoto falls, cherokee rock village, little river canyon, orbitz glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports.

this is such a great property It can be combined with Magnolia Overlook that sleeps 70 (Property ID 1933633) or the Compound that sleeps 57 (Property ID 2096520). This bungalow is around 200ftbehind the main house BUT if you only want to rent "The Rose Cottage", no problem! It has it's own separate driveway so you can enjoy autonomy.
