- rubbish: a rubbish bin & recycling bin are provided empty for your stay If you have excess rubbish and recycling and cannot be stored in the bins, please either take with you, or you will be charged an additional fee for rubbish disposal.
- camping/tents: we do not allow camping or tents at the property
- outdoor shower: the outdoor shower runs off the bore water

- cleaning notes: please return the property to the way it was when you first arrived, otherwise we may be required to take an additional cleaning fee from the security bond If the BBQ has to be cleaned by the cleaners, $50 will be deducted from your security bond.
- outdoor spa: the outdoor spa is available on request at an additional cost The outdoor spa instructions/rules will be provided before check in and are available within the welcome booklet and next to the spa. By paying the additional cost for the outdoor spa before check in, it is understood that you agree to the outdoor spa rules for your duration of stay. We suggest reviewing the temperature of the spa on arrival to ensure it's at the right temperature as per the instructions of use. If you are staying for a long duration, there may be an external service cost to keep the spa clean & usable. If there are any damages due to non adherence to the outdoor spa rules, repair costs will be adequately charged to the guests after check out.
- firewood: sufficient firewood is provided at the property for your booked duration If additional firewood is required for your stay, you can purchase it at an additional cost to you from the local service station within Bonnie Doon or Mansfield.
